Up, up, up, and away they go! It's time for your child to grow! Taking your child's growth measurements can be an exciting thing for them, especially when they see progress. There are different ways that parents take these measurements. I hear a lot of people do measurements by marking on the kitchen door, or putting tape on a dresser. But what if you wanted to save this great treasure for life? Well, you can't take a door with you, and dressers do grow old. Here is one true and tried method that works, and you can keep this precious item as a story of your child's growth.
A mounted mirror will work wonders for keeping the history of your child's growth. There are considerable advantages for taking this route.
- You can take this with you if you move into a different house
- It doesn't mess up your furniture or walls (or door)
- Your child can look in the mirror to see the change in growth
1. Mounted mirror

2. Different color markers (Sharpie)

3. Ruler

4. Tape (Scotch)

5. Dot stickers

6. Height chart

Using these tools, you should have no problem creating a timetable of growth, and recording a timeless piece of your child's life. Please let me know if this post has helped you in any way. I'm always here for you.
Sincerely,
The Caring Mom
